Refund and Cancellation Policy

At University Files, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Because we specialize in digital educational resources and downloadable study materials, please review our refund guidelines outlined below.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

Due to the immediate digital delivery nature of downloadable files (PDF, EPUB, Word), refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • Product Discrepancy: The delivered file significantly differs from the descriptions or specifications listed on the product page.
  • Defective or Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is damaged, unreadable, or missing pages, and our support team is unable to replace it with a functional version within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital item more than once within a 24-hour period.

2. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

We generally cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the file has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Incompatibility issues caused by customer devices (all file formats are clearly indicated on product pages before purchase).

3. Timeframe to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests submitted after this 14-day window cannot be processed.

  • A detailed explanation and evidence (such as a screenshot) highlighting the issue

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank processing times.
